What Makes the First Two Visits Different.
Your first two visits are intentionally structured to give you the time and attention needed to understand your condition before making decisions about ongoing care. The Initial Visit focuses on learning about your concerns, performing an evaluation, and beginning treatment when appropriate. Between visits, I'll review your history, examination findings, and response to care so your recommendations aren't rushed. During your Care Plan Visit, we'll review the findings together, answer your questions, discuss your goals, and outline a personalized plan designed to help you achieve the best possible results.
Visit One
Your Initial Visit
Before your appointment, you'll receive a focused digital intake form that's designed to be easy to complete while providing the information needed to prepare for your visit. I'll review your responses before I arrive so we can spend less time on paperwork and more time focused on you. Your appointment begins with a conversation about your concerns, health history, daily activities, goals, and expectations. I'll perform an evaluation, explain what I'm looking for, and answer any questions you have along the way. When appropriate, treatment will begin during this first visit.
Visit Two
Your Care Plan Visit
Your Care Plan Visit is an opportunity to step back and look at the bigger picture. Between visits, I'll review your health history, examination findings, and response to your initial treatment so your recommendations are thoughtful—not rushed. During this visit, we'll review the findings together, answer your questions, discuss realistic expectations, and develop a personalized plan based on your goals, lifestyle, and progress. Treatment continues during this visit, giving you a clear understanding of both where you are and where you're headed.
